CAAR Past President Pat Jensen (2002) was a tremendous REALTOR®, Broker, Association President, leader, and REALTORS® Political Action Committee (RPAC) advocate. As a tribute to her legacy, the Board established the Pat Jensen Leadership Academy in 2017.
CAAR announced the graduates
of the 3rd Pat Jensen Leadership Academy class during a hybrid General Membership Meeting on Thursday,
March 27th at the Hillsdale Conference Center.
Patricia B. Jensen was a CAAR Past President, REALTOR®, Broker,
leader, and REALTORS® Political Action Committee (RPAC)
advocate, who passed in 2017. As a tribute to her legacy, the Pat
Jensen Leadership Academy was established in 2017.
The Academy is intended to foster knowledge and encourage
further movement into additional leadership roles in the
REALTOR® organization at the local, state, and national level.
Co-facilitators Rachel Burns and Anthony McGhee advised the 3rd
class of 11 members in day-long training sessions throughout the year.

Participants of the Leadership Academy shall have demonstrated:
1) Involvement in CAAR, Virginia REALTORS® and/or National Association of REALTORS® events

2) Participation as a volunteer a CAAR Committee, Council, or Project Team
