REALTOR® Ethics in Action

General Information:

Ethics in Action award nominees should be REALTORS® who are sought out by other REALTORS who are seeking advice and counsel on questions concerning the Code of Ethics and professional standards.

Award Recipient will:

• Be recognized at a General Membership Meeting (includes a secret award video)
• Receive a glass award with CAAR logo, award category, year, and name
• Be highlighted in a press release for local media and also shared on CAAR communication channels (e.g., CAAR homepage, Facebook page, Twitter, etc.)
• Receive an award category logo to include on email signature and marketing material
• Receive Professional Honor Society points each year as a past award recipient
•  Be added to the list of past award recipients on award category webpage

Criteria:

1. Must be a Primary or Secondary REALTOR® member in good standing with CAAR.

2. Previous recipients of this award are not eligible for nomination.

3. Provide the following supportive documentation to accompany your completed award form:

• CAAR Member Profile – Email awards@caar.com to request a CAAR Member Profile, which will list all the CAAR activities a member has participated in the current or past year(s) (e.g., Committees, Project Teams, education, events, awards, etc.)
• NAR Member Profile – Email awards@caar.com to request a NAR Member Detail. A NAR Member Profile provides a list of active NAR certifications and designations.

4. Completed award form must be submitted electronically.

The Communications Committee is thrilled to announce the launch of our new awards management platform: Reviewr.  Once you create your Reviewr credentials, you’ll be able to access both the nomination and awards platforms.

This platform allows you to save incomplete forms until you are ready to formally submit, print completed forms, and more.

The award form deadline is Mon., Feb. 2nd.

To help you get started with Reviewr, we’re offering personalized one-on-one training sessions. Just bring your laptop, and we’ll walk you through the platform step-by-step.
