Per the CAAR Bylaws, members are hereby notified that a vote on the 2026 Proposed CAAR Bylaws Changes will be conducted in conjunction with the Annual Business Meeting & November General Membership Meeting on Thurs., Nov. 12th.
To ensure members have clear, transparent, and thorough information before voting, CAAR is providing several opportunities to review and learn about the proposed changes.

The proposed changes were developed and reviewed through the Document Review Project Team, Operations Committee, and Board of Directors. As part of CAAR’s comprehensive review process, the proposed Bylaws have also been reviewed by CAAR’s general counsel and MLS legal counsel.
