CAAR is pleased to partner with Local Associations and traveling instructors to assist with the provision of professional development courses to REALTORS®. This sublicense usage agreement with CAAR will be available through REBAC and REBAC’s Partnering Course Providers along with continuing education, Post licensing and Broker Supervision/Management requirements.

The National Association of REALTORS® (NAR) requires REALTORS® to complete the Code of Ethics course every three-years. The current three-year cycle started on Wed., Jan. 1st, 2025 and ends on Fri., Dec. 31st, 2027. Per the CAAR Bylaws, an appraiser is a REALTOR®; therefore, this requirement applies to appraisers.
