REALTOR® Ethics in Action

General Information:
Ethics in Action award nominees should be REALTORS® who are sought out by other REALTORS who are seeking advice and counsel on questions concerning the Code of Ethics and professional standards.

Award Recipient will:

Be recognized at a General Membership Meeting (includes a secret award video)
Receive a glass award with CAAR logo, award category, year, and name
Be highlighted in a press release for local media and also shared on CAAR communication channels (e.g., CAAR homepage, Facebook page, Twitter, etc.)
Receive an award category logo to include on email signature and marketing material
Receive Professional Honor Society points each year as a past award recipient
Be added to the list of past award recipients on award category webpage

Criteria:
1. Must be a Primary or Secondary REALTOR® member in good standing with CAAR.

2. Previous recipients of this award are not eligible for nomination.

3. Provide the following supportive documentation to accompany your completed award form:

CAAR Member Profile - Email awards@caar.com to request a CAAR Member Profile, which will list all the CAAR activities a member has participated in the current or past year(s) (e.g., Master Groups, Project Teams, education, events, awards, etc.)
NAR Member Profile - Email awards@caar.com to request a NAR Member Detail. A NAR Member Profile provides a list of active NAR certifications and designations.

4. Completed award form must be submitted electronically.

Nominate a Member:
Would you like to nominate a CAAR member for an award? Click here to fill out the form. An email will be sent to the nominee asking them to complete the official form. You will receive a copy of your nomination via email.

Award Form:
Click here to see the form and what questions are asked. Click here to submit your electronic form by Mon., Feb. 19th. You will receive a copy of your submitted form. Please be prepared to complete the form in one sitting. We can't guarantee SurveyMonkey will save your submission if you leave and try and come back.

As an update, CAAR’s new award platform, Reviewr, will be implemented for the 2024 award programs.
